Tim Allan – Haute Couture Soirée

This is a rare opportunity to purchase items from the Tim Allan collection:

• Ball gowns
• Wedding dresses
• Day wear
• Miniature Gowns
• Sketches

There will be bubbles and nibbles, along with Mary Livingston’s fabulous light opera singing. This will be a lovely afternoon at a beautiful venue. Dresses will be styled and paraded on models while you sit comfortably enjoying the lovely environment.
Passionata also has a selection of very special items for the discerning collector, including a showing of our stunning Christmas decorations and selected beauty products.

Our charity for this event is Starship Foundation.

Tim Allan

Tim Allan was a notable New Zealand haute couture designer and made most of his garments between the late 1960's and the early 1990's. He spent a great part of his career in London and Melbourne, opening a boutique in Parnell in the late 1980’s. We have some of those clothes and amazing gowns from the early 90’s (see right for links to the collection) which are collectors’ items. Among Tim’s clients were Kiri Te Kanawa, Angela D’Audney and Hilary Timmins.
