Tim Allan miniature gowns

One of Tim Allan's past-times was making miniature hand-sewn and hand-beaded gown for three plasticene models he had also made. These models were likenesses of The Queen, Princess Margaret and the Duchess of Kent.
A colour picture was taken of these figures and sent to Sandringham and Tim was very proud of the letter he received in reply from the Queen's lady in waiting.

Miniature dresses
These gowns were all created for the mannequins, and is likely that they were made in the late 60's and early 70's. They are approximately 60cm high and are all exquisite mementos of Tim Allan's particular style.
